About

Fifteen years of teaching yoga taught me how the body actually moves.

For over fifteen years, I taught yoga before I ever became a massage therapist — and that's still the lens I bring to every session. Years of watching how people move, where they compensate, and why pain shows up in one place when the real problem lives somewhere else taught me more about the body than any textbook could.

That background shapes how I work today. I'm not just addressing the spot that hurts — I'm looking at the whole pattern: how your posture, your training, your stress, and your daily habits all show up in your muscles and connective tissue. Every session starts with a conversation, because your body's story is different from the next person's, and your treatment plan should be too.

Whether you're an athlete chasing better recovery, someone living with chronic tension, or dealing with jaw pain that's followed you for years, my goal is the same: get you out of pain and back into your body, using techniques that are both deeply therapeutic and genuinely restorative.

Featured Services

Four practices,
one considered approach.

Every session begins with a conversation. Your body's story shapes the treatment — never the other way around.

A results-driven session tailored to your specific pain points, movement patterns, and goals — combining deep tissue work, myofascial release, and targeted trigger point therapy.

Broad, consistent, deep pressure delivered with the therapist's feet rather than hands — using overhead bars for balance and control. It's the deep tissue work your body has been asking for, without the jabbing or bruising of elbow-heavy techniques.

Specialized inside-the-mouth work targeting the muscles responsible for TMJ dysfunction, clenching, grinding, and chronic jaw tension — relief that's difficult to reach any other way.

A slower, calming session focused on nervous system reset — ideal when what you need most is to simply exhale.

Signature — Ashiatsu

Deep Pressure.
Broad Contact.
Real Relief.

Ashiatsu — literally "foot pressure" — uses the flat, broad surface of the therapist's foot instead of hands, thumbs, or elbows. Using ceiling-mounted bars for balance and precise control, deep, long, even strokes of pressure are applied across large muscle groups without the concentrated, sometimes bruising pressure of traditional deep tissue work.

The result feels deeper and more thorough, yet smoother and less invasive — a favorite among athletes and anyone who's said "harder, please" one too many times in a regular massage.

Intraoral Therapy

Relief From the Inside Out.

For many people, jaw tension, teeth grinding, and TMJ pain live in muscles that simply can't be reached from the outside. Intraoral myofascial therapy works directly on these muscles — gently, from inside the mouth — to release tension at its source.

FAQ

Answered before you ask.

Arrive a few minutes early, avoid a heavy meal right before your appointment, and come ready to talk through what you're feeling.

Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll be appropriately draped throughout your session.

It's deep, but the broad, even pressure of barefoot technique tends to feel less sharp than elbow-based deep tissue work.

Anyone dealing with TMJ pain, jaw clenching, teeth grinding, chronic headaches, or facial tension.
